- No Legal Advice — We are not attorneys. Nothing in our Service constitutes legal advice. We do not interpret regulations or advise on compliance strategies.
- No Compliance Guarantee — Using MoCRA Ops Kit does not guarantee that you are compliant with MoCRA, FDA regulations, or any other laws. Compliance is your responsibility.
- No Regulatory Representation — We do not represent you before any regulatory body or agency.
- No Product Testing or Verification — We do not test, verify, or certify the safety of your products.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MoCRA Ops Kit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MoCRA Ops Kit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Service

- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any regulatory enforcement actions against you
